What if I change my mind after paying?
You can request a full refund within 7 days of a payment. After that the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for and then stops - we do not bill again.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Both upgrades and downgrades apply immediately, and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
What happens after the trial?
You get 14 days free with no card required to start. If you do nothing at the end of it, the account simply pauses. We do not charge a card you never entered.
Is annual billing worth it?
Annual is 2 months free, charged once. It only makes sense if you already know journaling suits you, so start monthly if you are not sure - you can switch to annual any time from billing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing page in two clicks. No email, no retention call. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your reflections stay exportable.
